Terms & Conditions

  • All orders must be received by 2pm for next day delivery.
  • Any late orders must be confirmed by phoning Cookery Nook (07 3866 4200).
  • All orders without a Cookery Nook account must be paid in full prior to or on day of delivery/collection (by credit card, cash or cheque).
  • Corporate catering orders are available for delivery or pickup Monday-Friday 7am-2pm.
  • Orders outside of these hours are subject to availability and may incur an out of hours surcharge.
  • No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of any order. Full payment is required for orders cancelled on the day of delivery/pickup.
  • Free delivery for orders over $150 within 5km of Cookery Nook.
  • Delivery outside of the standard delivery area (5km+) may incur a delivery charge based on distance.
  • All orders under $150 will incur a $25 delivery fee.
  • A 20% deposit is required upon ordering for all orders over $1000.
  • If your account is overdue and is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs.
  • Cookery Nook reserves the right to amend prices without notice.
  • All prices are exclusive of GST.
  • Cookery Nook strives to meet all special dietary requests, however it be should noted that within the kitchen premises our staff handle nuts, seafood, shellfish, eggs, dairy products, products containing gluten and sesame products, along with other products that people may have an intolerance or allergy to. While the utmost care is taken when producing special dietary products, it is advised that individuals with extreme health-threatening allergies/food intolerances to provide their own food items.
